The request: For the recording at the Accor Arena in front of 17,000 spectators, Luidji placed great importance on showcasing his audience, who sing along with him on every track.

Our solution: For this unique concert, which was recorded in audio and video for live broadcast on Culture Box, as well as Olympia TV and RFI Labo for Dolby Atmos mixing, we designed a system of digital microphones suspended from the walkways. We laid more than 1,100 meters of AES cables and delivered the signals in DANTE to the various control rooms.

Our solution: On the recommendation of the sound engineer, we provided all the digital microphones for ambient sound and ensured redundant multitrack recording in HD audio.

The request: For this concert in a large arena, the rap singer had one key requirement: “In the recording, the priority for me is the audience, who sing along to every one of my songs.”

Our solution: We installed a 3D-8 microphone plus a large array of microphones suspended from the grid above the audience. We also supplied over 1,200 meters of broadcast-quality AES cabling to connect the microphones. We distributed the ambient sound via DANTE to the broadcast mixing console and via MADI to the production truck for recording.
